Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Researched Peptides (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover access to researchedpeptides.com, member accounts, and every purchase of research materials. If you do not agree, do not use the site or order products.
Related policies are incorporated by reference: Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds, and Research Use Disclaimer.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You represent that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, institution, or authorized purchasing agent buying solely for legitimate scientific / laboratory research.
- Access is not automatic. New accounts are reviewed individually by an admin before member pricing and ordering unlock.
Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical, educational, and in vitro research. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical use on humans, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or condition.
Materials are not evaluated or approved by the U.S. FDA (or equivalent agencies) as drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and institutional policies.
Accounts and manual approval
Creating an account is a request for research purchasing access, not a guarantee of membership. The usual sequence is:
- Sign up with accurate name, username, email, and phone
- Confirm your email and accept the Research Use Terms
- Wait for individual admin review (approve or deny)
- Only after approval do member pricing, cart checkout, and related member features unlock
Research library notes and public catalog browsing may remain available without approval. We may approve, deny, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion for fraud risk, policy concerns, incomplete information, or any other reason related to research-use compliance. Denial or pending status does not entitle you to pricing or order access.
You must keep credentials confidential. Do not share an approved account to bypass review.
Phone and SMS communications
A phone number is required to request research member access. Opting in to account-notice texts is optional and is not required to create an account. If you opt in to account-notice texts when signing up, you agree that we may contact you by text/SMS at that number for account and order notices and research-access updates. Marketing texts are sent only if you also opt in to the optional marketing checkbox. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts, or email researched@researchedpeptides.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Orders and payment
- Only approved research members may place orders and see member pricing.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We may cancel orders suspected of fraud, unlawful use, or Research Use Terms violations.
- Prices may change without notice until an order is accepted.
- Payment may be processed through third-party providers such as card processors (for example NMI) and/or cryptocurrency invoice providers (for example BTCPay Server). Their terms also apply to the payment step.
- Inventory is checked when an order is created and deducted when payment is confirmed, subject to our fulfillment systems.
Shipping and returns
Shipping timelines and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. Damage claims and replacements are described in Returns & Refunds. Title and risk of loss pass according to that shipping policy once the carrier accepts the package, except where we expressly cover verified transit damage.
Site content and research notes
Product pages and research library notes are for educational / laboratory reference only. They are not medical advice, prescribing information, or instructions for personal use.
Intellectual property
Site branding, layout, and original content belong to Researched Peptides or its licensors. You may not copy or republish substantial portions without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Any batch or lot information we provide is for identification only and does not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular use.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESEARCHED PEPTIDES AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS ARISING FROM MISUSE, IMPROPER STORAGE, RECONSTITUTION, OR UNLAWFUL USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO A PRODUCT OR ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE AFFECTED ITEM(S).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Researched Peptides and its owners/operators from claims arising out of your misuse, unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or use contrary to the Research Use Disclaimer.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
