Our commitment
We aim to align public storefront pages with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where practical. This is an ongoing effort — we do not claim perfect or certified conformance.
What we have in place
- Skip link to jump to main content
- Visible keyboard focus styles
- Labeled form fields on signup, login, and checkout
- Accessible names and focus management for the mobile menu and cart drawer
- Text alternatives on product vial images; decorative graphics marked appropriately
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences where animations run
- Researcher verification presented as a dialog with keyboard focus trapping
- Cookie / essential-storage notice with an explicit dismiss control
- Persistent research-use language in cart checkout and product pages
Known limits
Some third-party payment interfaces (for example card tokenization lightboxes) are controlled by payment providers. We test our own checkout flow and will improve issues we can fix on our side. Embedded payment fields may have limited labeling that we cannot fully control.
Catalog browsing is public; member pricing and ordering require an approved research account. If you need help completing signup or checkout with assistive technology, contact us.
