Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International orders are not available at this time. Some addresses (for example certain PO Boxes or restricted destinations) may be declined at fulfillment if the carrier cannot deliver safely.
Processing
Orders are only accepted from approved research member accounts. After payment clears, orders are typically reviewed and packed within 1–2 business days. Weekends and holidays may extend processing time. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking when the order leaves our facility.
Shipping rates
- Standard U.S. shipping: $9.99 on merchandise subtotals under $125.
- Free standard shipping: unlocked at $125+ merchandise subtotal (before rewards redemption), as shown at checkout.
Rates and thresholds may change; the amount shown at checkout controls for that order.
Delivery estimates
- Standard domestic: commonly 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier.
- Expedited options: when offered at checkout, follow the carrier estimate shown for that method.
Delivery dates are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and incorrect addresses can affect timing.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed when your package ships. Keep your order number handy if you contact support about a shipment.
Transit handling
Lyophilized research materials are generally packed for standard domestic transit. Upon receipt, store according to the stability information on each product page. Improper storage after delivery is not covered as transit damage — see Returns & Refunds.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, email researched@researchedpeptides.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier may be replaced or refunded at our discretion after investigation.
Damage in transit
Every order includes damage protection for verified transit damage. Claims require photo evidence and are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
